Aufgaben

• Analysis of existing business processes to identify AI and automation opportunities
• Identification and prioritization of suitable Microsoft Copilot use cases
• Design and implementation of solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Development and configuration of Copilot Agents for specific business use cases
• Integration of Copilot solutions into existing business processes and Microsoft 365 environments
• Design and implementation of process automation using Power Automate and other Microsoft Power Platform components
• Integration of relevant data sources, APIs and enterprise systems
• Design and optimization of prompts, agent logic and AI workflows
• Development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and evaluation of their business value
• Technical optimization of existing Copilot and AI solutions
• Consideration of security, data protection, governance and Responsible AI requirements / Preparation of technical documentation for implemented solutions

Profil

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, AI Consultant or Microsoft Copilot Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Experience in developing Copilot Agents / Agentic AI solutions
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate
• Experience in business process optimization and automation
• Solid understanding of Generative AI, LLMs and Prompt Engineering
• Experience with APIs, integrations and enterprise data sourcesKnowledge of the Microsoft Azure / Azure AI ecosystem is an advantage
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments, ideally insurNce or financial services
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable AI use cases
