- Provide administrative and coordination support across Finance and Administration teams
- Manage correspondence, including emails and documentation
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate follow-up actions
- Arrange travel logistics, including bookings and itineraries
- Support financial and budget tracking processes
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Profil
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Solid proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and proactive working style
