Aufgaben

• Perform routine analytical measurements for oligonucleotides using HPLC with UV and/or MS detection
• Plan, execute, and document laboratory experiments in close collaboration with a small analytical team
• Operate analytical instruments through systems such as Empower or OpenLab
• Evaluate chromatographic and analytical data using tools like Genedata or Oligo Analysis Accelerator
• Support development, optimization, and validation of analytical methods for oligonucleotide quality assessment
• Ensure laboratory activities comply with GxP standards and internal SOP requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement of analytical workflows and methods
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure traceability of all lab work in accordance with regulatory expectations

Profil

• Completed vocational scientific training (e.g., chemical laboratory technician or equivalent practical qualification)
• Hands-on experience with analytical techniques and instruments such as HPLC and MS
• Interest in or exposure to analytical development for oligonucleotides
• Strong understanding of LC–MS concepts; practical experience with LC–MS is an advantage
• Experience working with large molecule or biologics analytics is beneficial
• Motivated, proactive, open-minded, and able to work effectively within a collaborative team
• Strong quality mindset with excellent attention to detail and understanding of GxP principles
• Good English communication skills; German knowledge is a plus
