Job: Blade Testing Engineer (m/w/d)

Du unterstützt die Entwicklung und Validierung unserer Rotorblätter und sorgst dafür, dass mechanische Systeme und Komponenten zuverlässig getestet werden. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams planst du Testmethoden, führst Prüfungen durch und entwickelst unsere Testinfrastruktur weiter. Deine Arbeit trägt direkt zur Sicherheit, Qualität und Leistungsfähigkeit unserer Rotorblätter bei.

DEINE AUFGABEN

• Du konzipierst geeignete Testmethoden für die Rotorblattentwicklung und legst Prüfabläufe fest
• Du führst System- und Komponententests durch und wertest Messergebnisse strukturiert aus
• Du entwickelst Messsysteme zur Überwachung von Rotorblatttransporten weiter
• Du analysierst Messdaten mit Tools wie LabVIEW, MATLAB oder FAMOS
• Du entwickelst Testinfrastruktur, Prüfprozesse und Validierungsmethoden kontinuierlich weiter
• Du arbeitest eng mit dem Projektteam zusammen, um Testergebnisse zu bewerten

DEIN PROFIL

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung in der Validierung mechanischer Systeme und Komponenten
• Kenntnisse in Konstruktion, Methodenauswahl und praktischer Anwendung von Validierungsverfahren
• Erfahrung mit Testsystemen und Messdatenanalyse-Tools wie LabVIEW, MATLAB oder FAMOS
• Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse im Bereich Faser-Kunststoff-Verbund
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
• Teamfähigkeit, interkulturelle Zusammenarbeit und Interesse an neuen Technologien
• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen im In- und Ausland
