- Provide operational support and technical expertise for cleaning validation activities (protocols, reports, CAPAs, investigations)
- Review, challenge, and approve validation documents (URS, protocols, reports, residue assessments, acceptance limits) in line with GMP/FDA/ISO standards
- Develop and document a comprehensive training program (materials, practical sessions, assessments) to ensure team autonomy
- Conduct a critical review of existing SOPs, WIs, strategies, and historical reports
- Propose and implement process optimizations focused on simplicity, robustness, and compliance, including updated documentation where needed
Profil
- Solid professional experience in Cleaning Validation (Pharma / sterile medical devices)
- Strong knowledge of EU-GMP, FDA, TOC/HPLC analytics, MACO/PDE, and risk-based approaches
- Proven experience training and coaching technical teams
- Critical thinker with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
- Professional English and French
