- Lead end-to-end Clinical Data Management (CDM) activities across one or more clinical studies from database build to closeout
- Design, implement, and oversee EDC/database setup, data cleaning, query management, and data finalization
- Act as the primary CDM representative and point of contact within cross-functional study teams
- Ensure all study data is analysis-ready, compliant with ICH-GCP, GCDMP, and internal standards
- Provide leadership and oversight of external vendors and partners delivering clinical databases
- Actively contribute to EDC system programming, maintenance, and enhancements in collaboration with IT
- Drive process improvements, best practices, and knowledge sharing across assigned studies
Profil
- Proven Clinical Data Management expertise with leadership experience
- Strong regulatory knowledge of ICH-GCP, GCDMP, and global clinical data standards
- High technical proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python, or similar programming languages
- Analytical mindset with deep understanding of data flow from collection to submission
- Confident communicator able to bridge technical system development and clinical leadership
- Vendor-management capability with a focus on quality, timelines, and compliance
- Ownership-driven, proactive professional with strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills
