Aufgaben
- Managing day-to-day operational tasks within the assigned area of responsibility
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows
- Supporting project activities, including planning, documentation, and follow-up
- Monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with established processes and standards
- Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as required
- Identifying process gaps and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring accurate data entry, maintenance, and validation across relevant systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives
- Handling inquiries and providing professional support to colleagues and partners
- Ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining high quality and accu
