Aufgaben

• Building and maintaining data products and data pipelines
• Transforming customer feedback into actionable business insights using cloud technologies and Generative AI
• Developing and maintaining AI-powered solutions such as feedback summarization, knowledge bots, and intelligent assistants
• Supporting Prompt Engineering, AI evaluation, testing, and operationalization of GenAI use cases
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, Customer Journey Managers, platform teams, and architects
• Supporting PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release activities in a SAFe environment
• Managing Snowflake-based data products, schema changes, data migrations, and environments (DEV/QAS/PROD)
  

Profil

• Solid experience in Software Development, Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, AI Development, MLOps, or similar fields
• Proven experience delivering GenAI / LLM solutions from Proof of Concept to Production
• Strong experience in cloud-native environments
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience working in enterprise environments with governance, compliance, and data privacy requirements
• Confident communicator in cross-functional organizations
• Experience with Python, Azure Cloud Services, SQL, GitLab / CI-CD, Argo CD, Argo Workflows, Terraform, Snowflake, Databricks, ETL Pipelines,Microsoft Copilot Studio, Agentic AI, and REST APIs
• Languages: Fluent German and English required
