Digital Marketing Manager Salewa (M/F)

Aufgaben

  • Website Storytelling & Content Ownership: Ensure the website reflects the brand’s storytelling and communication campaigns. Manage homepage updates, campaign landings, and editorial content in alignment with the communication calendar. Coordinate with the e-commerce team for UX, SEO, and technical performance improvements.
  • Social Media Management (Paid & Organic):
    • Lead awareness and engagement campaigns on FB, IG, and TikTok, ensuring strong brand storytelling and creative activation.
    • Own organic content calendars, publishing, and community engagement.
    • Close partnership with the e-commerce team on performance-driven and bottom-of-funnel paid campaigns, ensuring seamless integration between awareness and conversion activities.
  • Influencer & Ambassador Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with influencers, athletes, and ambassadors. Ensure brand alignment, authentic storytelling, and measurable impact.
  • Email Marketing & Automation: Plan, create, and optimize newsletters, email campaigns, and automation flows to nurture communities and drive engagement.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage and execute international multi-channel campaigns (social media, email marketing, influencer activations), ensuring a consistent impactful brand presence.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report KPIs across all channels (web content performance, social media reach/engagement, influencer impact, email metrics). Provide actionable insights to improve storytelling and campaign effectiveness
  • Content Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, athletes, and external agencies to produce high-quality content tailored to digital platforms.
  • Digital Strategy: Contribute to digital strategy development, bringing insights on trends, platforms, and benchmarks to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with local marketing teams, the e-commerce department, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent brand storytelling and alignment across the full customer journey.
  • Budget Management: Support budget planning, oversee digital media, agency and influencer spend efficiency

Profil

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in the field of digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing websites (e.g., WordPress)
  • Excellent knowledge in campaign planning and reporting
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights
  • Strong project management and communication skills
