Job: Digitalization Project Manager Quality & Logistics (m/f/d)

As a Digitalization Project Manager Quality & Logistics, you will drive strategic digitalization initiatives across quality management and logistics operations. You translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable processes, systems and governance structures while leading global transformation projects from concept through implementation. Working across functions, you play a key role in strengthening operational excellence, data integrity and process standardization throughout the organization.

YOUR TASKS

• Lead complex digital transformation projects across Quality Management and Logistics from business case development to operational handover
• Act as the senior interface between business functions, IT and external partners to define scalable process and system solutions
• Drive the digitalization of quality processes including non-conformance management, inspections, surveillance activities and quality data governance
• Design global operating models, process standards and governance frameworks to increase transparency, compliance and operational efficiency
• Lead international rollouts including stakeholder alignment, change management, UAT governance and adoption strategies
• Identify optimization opportunities through process analysis, process mining and data-driven performance management
• Provide project leadership for strategic Quality Systems initiatives while managing risks, dependencies, budgets and executive stakeholder expectations
• Overall coordination of multiple projects led by Quality Logistics Engineers

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Business Engineering, Information Systems or a comparable qualification
• Extensive experience leading large-scale digitalization, business transformation or enterprise system implementation projects
• Strong expertise in business process management, process design, process mining and translating business requirements into system solutions
• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as SAP, MES, Quality Management Systems or comparable digital solutions
• Professional project management certification such as PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, Scrum or equivalent
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams
