Job: Global Sourcing Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

• Build and develop strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with key suppliers for tower components category in Global Sourcing Steel tower.
• Coordinate all supplier related activities throughout the value chain.
• Develop global sourcing commodity strategy and ensure implementation in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Master supply chain transformation to new geographic footprints (EU, BRAZIL, INDIA, CHINA, USA).
• Drive price and capacity negotiation process to ensure that Nordex prices are best in class.
• Negotiate and manage global contracts (FPA, QAA, NDA, SERVICE).
• Secure proactive supplier engagement on initiatives related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Innovation.
• Ensure KPIs and targets achieved at supplier level.
• Participate in internal Workstreams (cost out programs, localization initiatives etc.).

YOUR PROFILE:

• Business and/or Engineering degree or similar education.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a procurement role.
• Procurement background in commercial activities
• Costing and pricing analyst abilities
• Management and structured profile
• English and Spanish at negotiation level.
• Keen on working on international environment and face new challenges.
