Job: HSE-Manager (m/w/d) - Produktion

Für unser Nacelle Manufacturing-Werk in Rostock suchen wir eine qualifizierte Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa) gemäß §7 ASiG. In dieser Schlüsselrolle verantwortest du alle Themen rund um Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheitsschutz und HSE-Prozesse im Produktionsumfeld. Gemeinsam mit unseren internationalen HSE-Teams trägst du dazu bei, die Sicherheitskultur nachhaltig zu stärken und gesetzliche Anforderungen praxisnah umzusetzen.

DEINE AUFGABEN

• Eigenständige Betreuung des Nacelle Manufacturing-Werks in allen HSE-Belangen
• Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Betriebsanweisungen
• Durchführung von Unfallanalysen, Auswertung von Statistiken und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
• Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in allen Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit
• Projektbegleitung und -verantwortung in Produktion, Logistik, Engineering, Prototyping, Reparatur und Schaltschrankbau
• Unterstützung beim Aufbau des neuen Logistik-Centers (NDC)
• Planung und Durchführung von Trainings und Schulungen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der globalen HSE-Organisation (u. a. Spanien, Indien, China, USA)
• Weiterentwicklung der HSE-Kultur und -Prozesse am Standort
• Sorgfältige Dokumentation und Reporting gemäß gesetzlichen und internen Vorgaben

DEIN PROFIL

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa) gemäß §7 ASiG
• Idealerweise bereits BGHM-spezifische Qualifikation (fachspezifischer Teil) vorhanden
• Technischer Hintergrund (z. B. Ingenieur, Meister, Elektriker oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung)
• Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Arbeitssicherheit/HSE
• Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (fließend) und Englisch
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), idealerweise auch in Microsoft 365 Anwendungen
• Pragmatische, lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die selbstständig und präzise arbeitet
• Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und souveränes Auftreten
• Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Engagement
