Job: Intern (m/f/d) Global Sourcing Digitization

Join our Sourcing Excellence ad Governance Team. This role combines analytical, organizational, and technical skills to support source to pay(STP) processes and ensure smooth project execution with in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

YOUR TASKS

• Assist in planning and organizing procurement-related projects with clear timelines and deliverables.
• Contribute to sourcing digitalization efforts by ensuring data readiness for projects.
• Map and document sourcing processes to support transparency and improvement.
• Extract, analyze, and report procurement data from SAP systems.
• Create clear documentation and working instructions for internal users.
• Design and build SharePoint sites, integrating Power BI for data visualization.
• Collaborate closely with IT and operational teams to ensure smooth project execution.

YOUR PROFILE

• Project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and manage tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of Macros.
• Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA systems is an advantage.
• Previous exposure to procurement processes, especially Indirect Procurement, is a plus.
• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain, IT) or equivalent.
• English fluency is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
