Aufgaben

• Plan and schedule all inbound and outbound shipments
• Manage and collaborate with external logistics service providers and partners
• Monitor and coordinate daily inbound and outbound delivery activities
• Support communication and alignment between sales, warehouse and transportation
• Prepare and manage import and export documentation
• Check logistics invoices and ensure correct cost allocation
• Communicate with all relevant departments and stakeholders, particularly warehouse, purchasing, demand planning, and customer operations'
  
  

Profil

• Fluent in Italian and English, German is considered a plus
• First experience in the logistics area is an advantage
• Precise, reliable and proactive work attitude
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Knowledge and experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems are considered a plus
• Customer-oriented, problem solving skills and communication skills
