Aufgaben

  • Support the Training & Adoption Lead
  • Track activities, dependencies, milestones, risks, and open points
  • Coordinate across workstreams
  • Ensure training and adoption topics are properly followed up and not lost between teams
  • Prepare and structure briefings, updates, and governance-related inputs
  • Support rollout readiness, communication alignment, and training tracking
  • Bring transparency to status, ownership, and next steps
  • Proactively identify gaps and suggest workable solutions
  • Support the lead as a reliable senior counterpart / “pair of hands” in day-to-day orchestration

Profil

  • Strong experience as a Senior PMO / Project Coordinator / Transformation PMO
  • Proven background in Coordination of Training & Adoption within S/4HANA transformations
  • Experience in large-scale, cross-functional, international program environments
  • Strong coordination, tracking, and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work in a structured and proactive way, with limited hand-holding
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders as well as operational teams
  • German is important; fluent preferred, but strong B2-level German may also be considered
  • English required
