- Manage and update the master Primavera P6 schedule across all project phases
- Track and measure progress in engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Maintain schedule basis documents, including deliverable and interdependency matrices
- Lead or support interactive planning sessions with cross-functional teams
- Monitor schedule deviations and propose corrective actions
- Communicate progress and key milestones to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver schedule reports, critical path analysis, and trend charts
- Ensure schedule quality and governance to maintain data credibility
- Analyze integrated project schedules across disciplines
- Conduct regular schedule reviews with project team members
Profil
- Degree in Engineering, Science, Quantity Surveying, or Business Management, or equivalent experience
- Experience in project planning for large-scale pharmaceutical projects (>250 Mio CHF)
- Proven experience in multi-user Primavera P6 environments
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex schedule data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and Commissioning contracts
- Fluent in English (mandatory); German is a plus
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
