Job: Production Area Leader (m/f/d)

• Responsible for the efficient operation of the designated area
• Comply with and enforce safety regulations
• Ensure the efficient planning, organization, and use of available resources
• Familiarity with the processes, machines, and equipment
• Ensure the efficient operation of machines and equipment to reduce scrap rate
• Monitor production-related KPIs and ensure that they are achieved
• Monitor production-related processes in the SAP system
• Ensure the right quantity and quality of products by the specified deadline
• Maintain close cooperation with the supervisor, other area managers, shift leaders, and other related areas
• Organize the operation of the area under their responsibility, in accordance with the 5S principles
• Actively participate in the preparation of system and customer audits

• Engineering degree (BSc./MSc.)
• Several years of experience in manufacturing, including at least 3 years of work experience as a team leader
• Confident use of MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP (R3 and/or S/4Hana)
• High level of English (spoken and written) as well as Hungarian language skills
• Excellent communication, social and conflict management skills
