Job: Project Manager International Supply (m/f/d)

• Management of the entire project scope, including adherence to schedule, costs, and quality requirements
• Effective risk management and communication with relevant stakeholders (m/f/d)
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with legal requirements, guidelines, procedures, and other standards
• Ensuring that the performance of the project team is in line with the objectives of the project and the business
• Monitoring project execution to ensure that deviations from the plan are appropriately handled, communicated, and resolved
• Regular reporting on the progress, status, and risks of these projects
• Managing projects in strict compliance with the capital approval and project management process

• Bachelor of Business Administration / Process Management / Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent degree
• At least 5 years of experience in project management with proven skills in project administration, coordination, and management for electrical cables
• Project management qualification would be an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken Romanian, fluent English or German
• Knowledge of MS Projects or similar project planning software
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
• High level of organisation, self-motivation and attention to detail
