- Drive and support cross-functional GSS+ initiatives across supply chain, logistics, and operations
- Stabilize and structure volatile supply chain processes and operations
- Set up and manage KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures
- Act as central interface between logistics, procurement, planning, IT, and external partners
- Steer and support logistics service providers to improve cost, reliability, and service levels
- Identify inefficiencies and implement pragmatic process improvements and cost optimization measures
- Improve end-to-end transparency of processes, data, and performance
- Support and coordinate digitalization and IT/SAP-related process implementation
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions to drive progress and decisions
- Support coordination of compliance (CTPAT) activities and their integration into operations
Profil
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Solid experience in supply chain, logistics, IT-related, or operations roles
- First experience in project management, coordination, or implementation environments
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (planning, procurement, logistics, distribution)
- Experience or exposure to logistics service providers (3PL / 4PL) is advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments
- Experience in process optimization, KPI tracking, or operational improvement
- Affinity for IT systems, SAP processes, and data-driven decision-making
- Structured, analytical, and hands-on working style with a strong execution mindset
- Fluent in English and German
