About the Team

Based out of Southbank, Melbourne, our LAND121 team supports the Commonwealth of Australia in the delivery and sustainment of Logistics Vehicles as they enter service with the Australian Army. With a dedicated team split between Brisbane and Melbourne, we are now seeking a Project Scheduler to join our LAND121 program at either location.

About the Role

As the Project Scheduler in our LAND121 program, you will be responsible for all the aspects of project planning and progress reporting specific to LAND121 and other assigned projects. You will utilise your excellent planning and coordination skills to ensure that schedule and budget are adhered to. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Compilation and maintenance of Contract Work Breakdown Structures (CWBS);
  • Maintenance of Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) including analysis and reporting on variances to the baseline schedule;
  • Provide expert assistance to the Project Team in the use of scheduling tools i.e. Open Plan Professional and MS Projects;
  • Assist in the collation of monthly reporting to stakeholders; and
  • Work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to capture and develop project requirements.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:

  • Tertiary Qualification or equivalent experience in Project Management, Business, Engineering and/or Information Technology;
  • Experience in cost scheduling, project controls, risk management and performance reporting;
  • Advanced skills in MS Office suite i.e. Excel, Powerpoint, etc.; and
  • Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
