Aufgaben

• As part of the Finance team, you will actively support several strategic projects within the Accounts Payable function. Your focus will be on optimizing and transforming processes and the implementation of digital solutions
• Contribute to projects related to invoice processing, travel & expense management and master data management
• Support the migration of suppliers to e-invoicing platforms
• Maintain and ensure the quality of vendor master data
• Conduct supplier screenings and analysis
• Collaborate closely with international stakeholders and project teams
• Participate in transformation initiatives and location transitions
• Identify and implement process improvements in the accounts payable area

Profil

• Degree or qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Solid experience in Accounts Payable, ideally in an international environment
• Proven project and transformation experience, especially in relocation or transition projects
• Experience with e-invoicing implementation and supplier management
• Proficient in SAP
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
• Fluent in English (German advantageous)
