Aufgaben

• Analysis and evaluation of the maturity assessment methods used to date
• Revision of the questionnaire and criteria catalogue for standardized data collection
• Creation of a technical concept and corresponding templates
• Creation of a technical implementation concept
• Implementation or support in the implementation of the technical concept, if necessary
• Preparation of training materials for process leads
• Assessment of the maturity level for selected processes

Profil

• In-depth knowledge of process architecture standards such as IT4IT
• Advanced knowledge and experience in measuring the maturity level of processes according to CMMI
• Demonstrated Experience in the technical implementation of assessment procedures using PowerApps
• Fluent English is a must-have
• Fluent German is a very strong nice-to-have
