- Engage directly with business users to capture, articulate, and translate business requirements into SAP OTC solutions
- Ensure alignment with and proper implementation of the client's model and end-to-end OTC processes
- Provide functional expertise in SAP ECC OTC (SD, ATP,IOM, etc.)
- Facilitate workshops, support testing activities, and assist during deployment
- Serve as the local IT point of contact for OTC-related topics
Profil
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC OTC
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience working on site in business-facing roles
- Ability to bridge business needs and IT delivery effectively
- Language: English required, Indonesian is a plus
