Aufgaben

• Coordinate the annual training schedule in collaboration with the Program Lead
• Organize and manage training sessions using learning management systems
• Edit and upload post-session recordings for participant access
• Collect and analyze participant feedback and attendance data
• Moderate and facilitate virtual live training sessions
• Troubleshoot technical issues during training sessions to ensure smooth delivery
• Promote training sessions through internal communication channels to target audiences
• Support the digital library platform by maintaining content and handling user requests

Profil

• Vocational degree with relevant professional experience
• Solid experience in project management, communications, or related fields
• Strong ability to collaborate across time zones and diverse teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Initial experience with stakeholder management
• Proficiency with Google Suite tools
• Fluency in English
