Aufgaben
As a Senior Accountant at TIP Denmark, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance and accounting operations while supporting both local management and the international Group Finance team. You will report to the Regional Financial Controller (UK-based) and collaborate closely with the Danish Country Leader.Key tasks include:
- Maintaining accurate accounting records and preparing monthly reconciliations
- Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts and reports
- Handling AP/AR processes, VAT returns, and rental invoicing
- Coordinating payroll with external providers
- Assisting with statutory compliance, including tax submissions and audit support
- Contributing to annual budget preparation and cash flow forecasting
- Assisting with process improvements and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) implementation
- Acting as a financial support to the Danish leadership team
Profil
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment. You work independently, but also build strong relationships across functions and borders.Your qualifications and background should include:
- A financial education or part-qualification (e.g. HD(R), Cand.Merc.Aud., ACCA, or similar)
- 2–4 years of relevant experience within accounting, finance, or controlling
- Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial controls
- Strong Excel skills; ERP experience (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus
- Full fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to balance detail and big picture
