Job: Senior C++ Developer (Architecture Refactoring)

As part of our commitment in ClearCorrect, our Orthodontics brand, we are looking for strong talents to join us and expanding our corresponding R&D department in Berlin significantly.

In this exciting position, you will play a key role in developing cutting-edge 3D software used to produce clear aligners. This software is the foundation of our orthodontic treatment planning that helps our customers achieve beautiful, confident smiles.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled senior developer to lead the refactoring of legacy architectural solutions and tackle complex technical debt across our system. You will play a crucial role in reshaping core components, improving maintainability, and modernizing system structure.

Requirements

• Hands-on C++ development experience in complex systems (> 5 years)
• Strong experience in refactoring, codebase cleanup, and architectural evolution.
• Ability to drive development and lead architectural initiatives
• Solid grasp of 3d mathematics (vectors, matrices, transformations, etc.).
• Master in a technical domain (Math/Physics/Computer Science/etc.), Ph.D. is a plus
• Familiar with agile software development methodologies and related frameworks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Flexible, proactive, and creative with the ability to work in a team

Nice to have
• Exposure to CI/CD and automated testing for C++ projects
• Experience with Qt SDK and GUI libraries
