- Lead and structure the consolidation of O2C processes and systems across multiple legal entitie
- Drive process harmonization and transformation initiatives
- Manage project governance, risk management, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate finance substreams and ensure alignment across business functions
- Lead change management activities and stakeholder communication
- Oversee program planning, delivery, and execution
- The role combines both business process transformation and system consolidation, with a strong focus on O2C processes including Order Management, Billing, Receivables, Collections, and Cash Application
- The primary systems in scope are Oracle NetSuite and Zuora, while SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and other platforms play a secondary role
Profil
- Extensive experience as an O2C Program Manager, Transformation Manager, or similar role
- Proven success in O2C transformation programs
- Strong understanding of Order Management, Billing, Receivables, Collections, and Cash Application processes
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite and/or Zuora
- Strong stakeholder and change management capabilities
- Experience with enterprise system implementations and integrations
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
- Data-driven, results-oriented mindset
