Aufgaben

• Development of an AI-based agent for a standalone desktop application to support field technicians
• Implementation of the solution in three development phases
• Phase 1: Automated response to technical questions by the AI agent based on existing Customer data
• Phase 2: Involvement of another technician if the AI agent cannot provide a sufficient answer
• Phase 3: Creation of a troubleshooting ticket, involving multiple resources to resolve the issue
• Full-stack development in a .NET environment on the Azure data platform
• Working within an agile setup (no traditional waterfall model)
• Close coordination with the Product Owner and QA engineers

Profil

• Experience in software development
• Experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer
• In-depth knowledge of database technologies on the Azure platform
• Experience in developing complex desktop applications
• Proficient in working with agile development methodologies
• Very good English skills
• Experience in developing AI-based or knowledge-based assistance systems
• Experience working in international project teams
