• Our client, one of the most important educational institutions at 25 central locations in southern Germany, such as Mannheim, Sindelfingen, Stuttgart, Ravensburg, Heidelberg or Freiburg (and many more), is looking for motivated teachers (m/f/d) for all subjects. As a private education institution, the range of services includes schools and colleges as well as continuing vocational training programs. Ihre Aufgaben

• Helping people in the prevocational training program
• Supporting during the transition to operational education and training
• Ensuring and Documentation of the long-term integration success
• Advising and individual case support in regular consultation hours
• Conducting behavioral training and everyday assistance (crisis intervention, conflict resolution, debt advice, time management)

Ihr Profil

• Academic degree in social pedagogy, psychology, social work, remedial, rehabilitation or special education or comparable OR
• State-certified educator (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience and willingness to complete an internal follow-up qualification
• Ideally first experiences in the field of education and training, coaching or similar
• Responsibility, good problem-solving skills as well as fun and pleasure in pedagogical work
  
• Very good german language skills (at least C1 level, according to the Common European Framework of Reference)
