Job: Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Follow up Tier 2 supplier production and deliveries from order to arrival at tower manufacturers
• Build demand‑vs‑capacity plans based on Tier 1 requirements
• Identify risks and drive mitigation and containment actions
• Analyze lead times and identify critical materials
• Evaluate supplier performance focused on on‑time delivery
• Coordinate closely with Global Sourcing, Planning, SQA, Logistics, Quality and Project Management
• Manage stock levels, inventory counting, PO creation and production tracking including supplier visits

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar technical education
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Sourcing
• Strong analytical abilities with a structured and organized working style
• Solid negotiation skills
• Leadership mindset and strong teamwork orientation
• Basic technical understanding
• Strong English skills and ERP experience (SAP), plus advanced Excel and PowerBI knowledge
