For our Footwear & Technical Equipment division based in Montebelluna, we are looking for a Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join the team responsible for coordinating the supply flows of our technical products.
You will play a key role in ensuring timely product availability by managing procurement processes, collaborating with suppliers, and supporting cross-functional operations across logistics, warehouse, and finance.
Main Responsibilities & Activities:
- Plan and manage orders with international suppliers, ensuring product availability within the expected timelines.
- Monitor order progress and system dates, managing lead times and priorities.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams for goods receipt, inventory management, and document flows (delivery notes, packing lists, labels).
- Coordinate with accounting and suppliers to ensure consistency between invoices, shipments, and stock.
- Keep ERP data up to date and contribute to process improvements and area KPIs.
Profile:
- Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or planning.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Very good Italian and English; German will be considered a plus
- Team spirit, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
