Job: Technical Operator Remote Monitoring & Plant Operations (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Monitor and control the smooth operation and energy production of our wind turbines worldwide through remote monitoring in a 24/7 shift operation environment
• Analyze faults, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions in a timely manner
• Coordinate service interventions in close collaboration with local service organizations
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, availability targets, and response times together with the team
• Provide technical support to customers and field technicians, assisting them whenever necessary

YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical qualification
• Strong technical understanding and interest in wind turbine technology; initial experience in the operation of large-scale industrial assets is an advantage
• Experience with remote monitoring software (e.g., SCADA systems) is desirable but not mandatory, we will provide comprehensive training
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• A structured and solution-oriented way of working, with the ability to stay focused in challenging situations
• Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment and contributing to the continuous improvement of technical processes
• Strong team spirit and clear, respectful communication skills
• Very good English language skills
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift schedule as part of a reliable and supportive team
