Technical Sales Specialist in Poland

Aufgaben

  • Customer Support: Provide intensive holistic support to our clients in the paint and tool trade industry in the following regions: Podkarpackie, Małopolskie, Śląskie, Opolskie, Dolnośląskie, Lubuskie, Świętokrzyskie, Wielkopolskie, Łódzkie.
  • Sales and Training: Advise and sell high-quality tools through demonstrations and end-user training sessions.
  • Employee Training: Train and instruct responsible employees at our sales partners and training centres.

  • Event Coordination: Organize and conduct customer events and trade fairs with specialist dealers.
  • Product Training: Independently organize and conduct detailed product training sessions.

Profil

  • Sales Enthusiast: Enthusiastic salesperson with technical and/or commercial training. A qualification as a master painter, paint technician, or a similar qualification is highly desirable.
  • Field Experience: Field service experience, ideally within the tool or paint industry, particularly in the Car Refinish Segment.
  • Organizational Talent: Exceptional ability to coordinate tasks and schedules.
  • Presentation Skills: Confident and articulate presenter, capable of addressing large groups and various hierarchical levels.
  • Independence: Independent work style.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English or German, with experience in delivering technical training content being advantageous.
  • IT Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
