Technical Training Team Lead (m/f/d)

Aufgaben

  • Coordinate and organize technical training activities
  • Work with technical experts to prepare training materials and presentations
  • Research technical information and turn it into clear and practical training content
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions on-site
  • Support trainers and participants during training activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams, customers and training partners
  • Collect feedback and continuously improve training content
  • Support training-related travel and organization

Profil

  • Degree in Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a similar field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in a technical, engineering, production or training environment
  • Good knowledge of automotive CAN-bus systems and networks
  • Structured, analytical and responsible way of working
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office; PLM/SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Good English and Romanian language skills; German is an advantage
