Job: Working Student Innovation Management & Digitization (m/f/d)

• Supporting the Innovation Management & Digitization department in the area of IT service management for project management and service desk
• Administering and adapting the Jira and Confluence tools (Data Center) in accordance with technical requirements
• Acting as a point of contact for users, including ticket processing in 1st/2nd level support, error analysis, and troubleshooting
• Creating and maintaining documentation (policies, procedures, guidelines, manuals)
• Supporting the team with other tasks as needed

The position can be filled in Kassel or Unterlüß.

• Enrolled student (m/f/d), e.g., in the field of information technology or similar
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools Jira and Confluence
• Motivation to design service management (ITIL) processes for a product IT organization and configure the corresponding tools
• Ability to use English-language sources without difficulty and to formulate technical contexts precisely and comprehensibly for users without a technical background
• Hands-on mentality, initiative, creativity, and team-oriented approach to work
