Ihre Aufgaben
- Recording the requirements from the projects on the basis of the documents, by means of individual interviews and workshops
- Structuring and consolidating the requirements
- Creation of solution concepts
- Documentation of the implementation
- Accompanying the release process during acceptance
- Collaboration in the implementation as required
Ihr Profil
- Solid IT operating experience in applications and document management
- Experience with IT support work and interaction with users
- Experience in using IT systems and IT support tools
- SQL knowledge
- Programming and scripting knowledge is an advantage
- Insurance industry knowledge (depending on the assignment in the non-life (NL) and life (L) sector)
- Reliable, communicative, self-organised and independent
- Good abstraction skills and quick familiarisation
- Willingness for daily routine work
- Good knowledge of German and English
