Job: Software Product / Quality Assurance (m/f/d) Payload and Control Electronics Development

Due to our increased engagement in the area of space electronics and laser instruments in collaboration with international partners and institutes, we are hiring new employees to strengthen our team in the PA and Software department.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Responsible planning, execution, and surveillance of project related SW Assurance tasks, in particular:
  • Definition and verification of project specific SW PA Plans and PA requirements
  • Support to creation and release of technical documentation (SW metrics, SW verification and validation)
  • Carrying out development, implementation and verification control, test support and delivery reviews
• Representation of SpaceTech PA approach versus customers and subcontractors
• Analysis of quality problems, development, and implementation of solutions with corresponding documentation
• Measurement and evaluation of process weaknesses, definition, and implementation of improvements

Ihr Profil

• Degree in engineering with several years of working experience in software development and /or Product & Quality Assurance environment
• Detailed knowledge of space product and Quality Assurance principles and methods
• Knowledge of software standards used in space industry (ECSS, MIL, esp. ECSS-Q-ST-80 SW assurance)
• Pro-active approach to problem solving, pragmatism, flexibility
• Team player, good organization, and communication skills
• Fluent in English – good knowledge of German would be a definite advantage
