Vice President Portfolio Sales Europe (m/f/d)

Based in Berlin, Northrhine-Westfalia, Rhine Main area or in Benelux

As Vice President Portfolio Sales (m/f/d) you will be reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer (f/m/d) and playing a key role in driving the sales growth agenda in Cabka.With your industry insights, strategic mindset to enhance customer relationships and proficiency in leading a high-performing team you can make a difference in this pivotal role in Cabka on the transformation journey.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives for all Material Handling (MH) products for Europe
  • Utilize a hunter mentality to identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategically expanding the company's market presence.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and create actionable plans
  • Lead, inspire, and manage an international team of 10+ sales professionals by providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Conduct the business reviews with CCO (f/m/d) and other sales stakeholders to identify trends and provide feedback on areas of opportunity and improvement
  • Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to develop accurate sales forecasts, manage operating expenses, develop annual revenue plans, and contribute to annual operating and strategic plans
  • Serve as an ambassador for Cabka, and participate in industry events to represent Cabka and our best capabilities to the market
  • Act as a proactive contributor and collaborator within the senior sales leadership team

Ihr Profil

  • You have a degree in Business Management, ideally with a focus on sales
  • You have profound working experience in a senior management role in sales – ideally in the packaging / plastics industry in an international environment
  • You have good strategic and analytical skills
  • You are target-driven and results-oriented with a strong business focus
  • You are an effective communicator with proven negotiation and relationship management abilities
  • You are open-minded and a teamplayer with work experience in the diverse environment
  • You have excellent English and German skills; other language skills are an advantage
